Explor Amends The Expiry Date Of The Warrants Issued On February 8 And February 19, 2016
Rouyn-Noranda, Canada, January 10, 2018 – Explor Resources Inc. (TSX-V: EXS, OTCQB: EXSFF, FSE: E1H1) announces that its Board of Directors has approved the extension of the expiry date of the 4,920,000 purchase warrants issued on February 8 and February 19, 2016, for twelve additional months. The warrants will now expire on February 8, 2019 and February 19, 2019 and their exercise price of $0.15 remains the same. This modification is subject to approval of TSX Venture Exchange.
None of these warrants has been exercised. An insider of the Corporation holds about 10% of these warrants.
