Express Script Canada is looking for customer service representative to work within our in-bound call centre. The ideal candidate must be able to work up to 35 hours per week and be flexible working days, evenings, weekends and holidays.

The primary role of this function is to respond to provider inquiries. The Provider Claims Processing Call Centre is the main venue for communication between providers and Express Script Canada regarding day-to-day claims adjudication queries. The Customer Services Representatives reflect Express Scripts Canada’s commitment to accessibility and responsiveness to providers.  This position is instrumental in meeting contractual objectives and service levels.

Express Scripts Canada est à la recherche d’un représentant bilingue pour son Centre d’appels du bureau de Montréal et/ou de Toronto. Il s’agit d’un poste permanent à temps plein. La personne recherchée doit être en mesure de travailler le jour, le soir, les fins de semaine ou les jours fériés.

La responsabilité principale du titulaire du poste est de répondre aux requêtes des fournisseurs. Le personnel du Centre d’appels agit comme intermédiaire entre les fournisseurs d’Express Scripts Canada en ce qui concerne les demandes quotidiennes relatives au traitement des demandes de règlement. Le représentant au Centre d’appels reflète l’engagement d’Express Scripts Canada d’offrir accessibilité et rapidité de réponse aux fournisseurs. Ce poste est essentiel au maintien des objectifs et du niveau de service contractuels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide accurate, complete and timely responses to providers’ inquiries in accordance with the procedures documented in the Provider Claims Processing Call Centre Manuals
  • Reporting functions as assigned by supervisor, if required
  • Other duties as assigned

  • Offrir des réponses exactes, exhaustives et rapides aux requêtes des fournisseurs, conformément aux processus décrits dans les manuels du Centre d’appels à l’intention des fournisseurs
  • Produire des rapports à la demande du chef d’équipe, au besoin
  • Remplir d’autres tâches qui lui sont assignées

Qualifications:

  • Secondary education diploma
  • Bilingualism (English and French) is a requirement
  • A minimum of 1 year of previous Call Centre or customer service experience is preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Exceptional problem solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively within a team and independently
  • Knowledge of computer applications (MS Office)

Qualifications

  • Être titulaire d’un diplôme d’études secondaires
  • Maîtrise du français et de l’anglais tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit
  • Avoir de l’expérience en centre d’appels ou au service à la clientèle
  • Présenter d’excellentes habiletés de communication à l’oral comme à l’écrit
  • Démontrer des aptitudes exceptionnelles en résolution de problèmes
  • Être en mesure de travailler de façon efficace, seul ou en équipe
  • Connaître les applications logicielles (suite Microsoft Office)
