In celebration of National Immunization Awareness Week, MCA’s Community Health Services (CHS) will be holding a contest!

Entering the contest is easy: just submit your immunization record to the CHS program by Tuesday, April 30.

Individuals who update their record will also be entered into the drawing.

If you have any questions or would like more information, please call CHS at 613-575-2341 ext. 3220.
